Refund Policy

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and receive a full refund. However, the return shipping costs remain at your expense. Only items that are returned in perfect resalable condition, complete, and in their original (unopened) packaging will be eligible for a refund.

We do not accept returns for certain product categories due to health and hygiene reasons

The safety of our customers is our priority. Therefore, certain product categories cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or if they are at risk of deteriorating or expiring quickly. You can only request a return and refund for these items if you received the wrong product, a defective, damaged, or counterfeit item. A refund for these product categories cannot be granted if you simply change your mind.

The refund will be credited to your AOUID wallet, and the delivery fees will be excluded from the refunded amount.
